وإذ يشير في هذا الصدد الى أحكام الفصل الثامن من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، ويؤكد الحاجة إلى التعاون الفعال بين المنظمات اﻹقليمية واﻷمم المتحدة،

٦٣ - ومضى قائلا إن باكستان ترى أنه يتعين أن يكون دور المنظمات اﻹقليمية في عمليات حفظ السلام متفقا مع أحكام الفصل الثامن من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.
