5. According to article 42.2 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, " The termination of a treaty, its denunciation or the withdrawal of a party, may take place only as a result of the application of the provisions of the treaty or of the present Convention.
5 - وفقا للمادة 42-2 من اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات، فإنه " لا يجوز انقضاء المعاهدة أو إلغاؤها أو انسحاب طرف منها إلا نتيجة لإعمال أحكام المعاهدة أو أحكام هذه الاتفاقية.
