9. Requests UNICEF to measure progress in implementation of the management response and to report on progress annually to the Executive Board beginning at the annual session 2010, while taking into account the provisions of the present decision.
9 - يطلب إلى اليونيسيف قياس التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استجابة الإدارة وتقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز سنويا إلى المجلس التنفيذي في بداية الدورة السنوية لعام 2010، مع مراعاة أحكام هذا المقرر.

Mr. President, we have joined consensus on an important decision of the UNDP strategic plan with hope that the plan will be continually improved in the light of the provisions of this decision.
السيد الرئيس، لقد انضممنا إلى توافق الآراء بشأن مقرر هام عن الخطة الاستراتيجية للبرنامج الإنمائي آملين أن يجري تحسين هذه الخطة باستمرار في ضوء أحكام هذا المقرر.

4. Requests any Party that intends to avail itself of the provisions of this decision to notify the Conference of the Parties, prior to its seventh session, of its intention;
4- يطلب من كل طرف ينوي الاستفادة من أحكام هذا المقرر أن يخطر مؤتمر الأطراف بنيته قبل دورته السابعة؛

4. Requests any Party that intends to avail itself of the provisions of this decision to notify the Conference of the Parties, prior to its eighth session, of its intention;
4- يطلب من كل طرف ينوي الاستفادة من أحكام هذا المقرر أن يخطر مؤتمر الأطراف بنيته هذه قبل دورته الثامنة؛

the terms of this decision shall be reviewed as necessary to identify any additional elements regarding the format or the content of the information that is to be included in the reports.
ويتم استعراض أحكام هذا المقرر كلما كان ذلك ضرورياً لتعيين أي عناصر إضافية تتعلق بنموذج أو مضمون المعلومات التي تدرج في التقارير المبلغة.

9 - يطلب إلى اليونيسيف قياس التقدم المحرز في استجابة الإدارة وتقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز سنويا إلى المجلس التنفيذي في بداية الدورة السنوية لعام 2010، مع مراعاة أحكام هذا المقرر.

7. Requests the Executive Secretary, in coordination with the Global Environment Facility, to report to the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh session, through the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention, on implementation of the provisions of the present decision.
7- يطلب من الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم، عن طريق لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وبالتنسيق مع مرفق البيئة العالمي، تقريراً إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة عن مدى تنفيذ أحكام هذا المقرر.

(b) To request the Secretary-General to draw the attention of the non-governmental organizations accredited to the Fourth World Conference on Women to the provisions of the present decision and to the process established under Council resolution 1996/31.
)ب( أن تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام توجيه انتباه المنظمات غير الحكومية المعتمدة لدى المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة إلى أحكام هذا المقرر والعملية المنشأة بموجب قرار المجلس ١٩٩٦/٣١.

(b) To request the Secretary-General to draw the attention of the non-governmental organizations accredited to the Fourth World Conference on Women, the World Summit for Social Development or the International Conference on Population and Development to the provisions of the present decision and to the process established under Council resolution 1996/31.
)ب( أن يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يوجه انتباه المنظمات غير الحكومية المعتمدة لدى المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة ومؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية الاجتماعية والمؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية الى أحكام هذا المقرر والى العملية المنشأة بموجب قرار المجلس ١٩٩٦/٣١.

3. Further requests the GEF to include in its report to the seventh session of the Conference of the Parties the specific steps it has taken to implement the provisions of this decision.
3- يطلب أيضا إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية تضمين تقريره إلى الدورة السابعة لمؤتمر الأطراف الخطوات المحددة التي اتخذها لتنفيذ أحكام هذا المقرر.

5. Further requests the GEF to include in its report to the Conference of the Parties the specific steps it has undertaken to implement the provisions of this decision.
٥- يطلب كذلك من مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يدرج في تقريره إلى مؤتمر اﻷطراف الخطوات المحددة التي اتخذها لتنفيذ أحكام هذا المقرر.

Requests the Global Environment Facility to include in its report to the Conference of the Parties at its ninth session information on the specific steps undertaken to implement the provisions of this decision.
2- يطلب إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يضمّن أيضاً تقريره إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة معلومات عن الخطوات المحددة التي اتخذت لتنفيذ أحكام هذا المقرر.

We therefore urge any member delegation which may have any particular concerns to consider positively the terms of this decision. We also urge any delegation to reflect very carefully whether their national security interests require them to prevent the adoption of your proposal, Mr. President, and the serious consequences of such an action.
وبناء على ذلك فإننا نحث أي وفد عضو ينتابه أي قلق أن ينظر في أحكام هذا المقرر نظرة إيجابية، كما نحث أي وفد أن يتأمل جيداً فيما إذا كانت مصالحه اﻷمنية الوطنية تتطلب منه الحيلولة دون اعتماد اقتراحكم يا سيدي الرئيس وأن يتأمل في العواقب الوخيمة لمثل هذا اﻹجراء.
