It must be pointed out that the arms transferred were arms of an offensive nature which can be used in a new spiral of aggression by Armenia against Azerbaijan.
ولا بد من التوضيح بأن اﻷسلحة التي تم نقلها تتسم بطابع هجومي ومن ثم يمكن استعمالها في أي تصاعد جديد لﻷعمال العدوانية من قبل أرمينيا ضد أذربيجان.

وفي قرار صادر في نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٣ بشأن نتائج اجتماع وزراء خارجية ٥٣ من الدول اﻷعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، ترد إدانة شديدة لعدوان جمهورية أرمينيا ضد أذربيجان.

The above-mentioned facts are not the only instances of deliberate attacks on Azerbaijani civilians committed by the Armenian armed forces, terrorist bands and mercenary units during the aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan.
فالوقائع المذكورة أعلاه ليست الحالات الوحيدة التي شنت فيها القوات المسلحة الأرمينية والعصابات الإرهابية ووحدات المرتزقة هجمات متعمدة على المدنيين الأذربيجانيين خلال العدوان الذي تنفذه أرمينيا ضد أذربيجان.

In a joint statement adopted at a meeting of the Heads of 10 States members of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Istanbul in July 1993, the Heads of State of ECO emphasized that the aggression by the Republic of Armenia against Azerbaijan was a gross violation of the Charter of the United Nations, international law, the Human Rights Conventions and the documents of CSCE.

In contrast, Azerbaijan has steadfastly drawn the attention of the international community, including the United Nations, to serious violations of international law by Armenia against Azerbaijan and its people, in particular the genocide of Azerbaijanis in the town of Khojaly perpetrated by the Armenian armed forces on 26 February 1992.
