فالعبارات التالية المقتبسة من مقابلة شهيرة أجراها رئيس أرمينيا هي مثلا عبارات غنية عن البيان: " قبل موقعة خوجالي كان الأذربيجانيون يظنون أن الأرمن أشخاص لا يستطيعون رفع أيديهم ضد السكان المدنيين.

207 - وتبيِّن دراسات النمط السببي للوفيات النفاسية أن الأسباب الرئيسية لهذه الوفيات في أرمينيا هي النزيف في فترة ما قبل الولادة أو بعدها مباشرة والأمراض المرتبطة بارتفاع ضغط الدم.

86. As the results of studies of the aetiological pattern of maternal mortality show, the main causes in Armenia are perinatal haemorrhages, hypertensive irregularities, abortions and puerperal sepsis-related complications.
٨٦ - وتبيﱢن نتائج دراسات النمط السببي لوفيات اﻷمهات أن اﻷسباب الرئيسية في أرمينيا هي النزف في فترة ما حول الولادة، وارتفاع ضغط الدم، واﻹجهاض، ومضاعفات حمى النفاس.

In spite of the many statements by Russian officials that the Russian Federation has halted its arms deliveries to Armenia and that Russian arms and military equipment in the territory of Armenia are intended exclusively for defence purposes, reality shows that the opposite is true.
وعلى الرغم من البيانات العديدة الصادرة عن المسؤولين الروس والتي تفيد بأن الاتحاد الروسي توقف عن إرسال شحنات اﻷسلحة إلى أرمينيا، وأن اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الروسية الموجودة في أراضي أرمينيا هي ﻷغراض الدفاع فقط، فإن الواقع يظهر عكس ذلك.

Thus, the President of Armenia, Serge Sarkissian, publicly acknowledged that the war was started by Armenia and that the aim of the war was to fulfil the long nurtured plan of seizing Azerbaijani territory.
وهكذا، فقد أقرّ رئيس أرمينيا، سيرج سركيسيان، علنا بأن أرمينيا هي التي شنت الحرب وأن هدف الحرب يكمن في تحقيق خطة مبيّتة منذ فترة طويلة للاستيلاء على أراضي أذربيجان.

All this undoubtedly proves that at present, it is Armenia that acts from an obviously aggressive position.
وهذا يثبت دون شك أن أرمينيا هي التي تقوم في الوقت الراهن بالتصرف من منطلق عدواني واضح.

Armenia was the only country out of 54 OSCE member States that rejected those principles.
وكانت أرمينيا هي البلد الوحيد من بين اﻷعضاء اﻟ ٥٤ في منظمة اﻷمــن والتعاون فــي أوروبــا الذي رفض تلك المبادئ.
