7.7 With regard to the alleged violation of article 9, the information before the Committee shows that Brahim Aouabdia was arrested without a warrant by agents of the State party, then detained incommunicado without access to defence counsel and without being informed of the grounds for his arrest or the charges against him.
7-7 وفيما يتعلق بادعاء انتهاك المادة 9، يتبين من المعلومات المعروضة على اللجنة أن موظفي الدولة الطرف ألقوا القبض على إبراهيم عوابدية دون أمر قضائي، ثم احتُجز مع عزله عن العالم الخارجي ودون أن تتاح له إمكانية الوصول إلى محام ودون أن يُطلع في أي وقت على أسباب اعتقاله أو التهم الموجهة إليه.

7.6 Regarding the complaint of violation of article 9, the information before the Committee shows that the author's father was arrested without a warrant by agents of the State party, was then held incommunicado without access to defence counsel and was not informed of the grounds for his arrest or the charges against him until he was charged by the Military Prosecutor-General on 19 April 2001, 11 years after his arrest.
7-6 وفيما يخص الشكوى المتعلقة بانتهاك المادة 9 من العهد، فإن المعلومات المتاحة أمام اللجنة تُظهر أن والد صاحب البلاغ قد اعتُقل على يد وكلاء الدولة الطرف دون مذكرة توقيف، وحُبس انفرادياً دون أن تُتاح له فرصة الاستعانة بمحامٍ ودون إطلاعه على أسباب اعتقاله أو التهم الموجهة إليه، إلى أن وجّه المدعي العام العسكري إليه التهم رسمياً في 19 نيسان/أبريل 2001، بعد مرور 11 عاماً على توقيفه.
