وذكرت أنه في هذا السياق ينبغي أن تحدد حقوق الإنسان أسلوب معيشتنا مع بعضنا البعض بوصفنا أسرة بشرية واحدة.

The legitimate question arises: Why? Does the international community, increasingly seen as a single human family living in a shared global village, have the capacity to redress this situation? Technically, the right answer seems to be yes.
والسؤال المشروع الذي يطرح نفسه هو لماذا؟ وهل المجتمع الدولي الذي ينظر إليه على نحو متزايد على أنه أسرة بشرية واحدة تعيش في قرية عالمية مشتركة، لديه القدرة على تصحيح هذا الوضع؟ من الناحية الفنية يبدو أن الإجابة الصحيحة عن هذا السؤال هي نعم.

As countries began showing signs of recovery, development assistance to the poorest countries must be guided by the principle of global solidarity between rich and poor countries in common recognition of belonging to one human family.
ونظرا إلى أن البلدان بدأت تظهر بها بوادر الانتعاش، فلا بد من توجيه المساعدة الإنمائية للبلدان الأكثر فقرا وفقا لمبدأ التضامن العالمي بين البلدان الغنية والفقيرة استناد إلى الاعتراف المشترك بالانتماء إلى أسرة بشرية واحدة.

6- يؤكد من جديد أن جميع الشعوب والأفراد أسرة بشرية واحدة، ثرية في تنوعها، وأن جميع أفراد البشر يولدون أحراراً ومتساوين في الكرامة والحقوق؛ ويرفض بقوة أي مذهب يقوم على التفوق العرقي، ويرفض معه أي نظريات تحاول إقرار وجود ما يسمّى بأعراق بشرية مميّزة؛

Whether stubbornly opposed in some societies or welcomed elsewhere as a release from suffocating oppression, the understanding that we are all part of an indivisible human family is becoming the standard by which our collective efforts are judged.
وسواء كنا نُقابَل بمعارضة عنيدة في بعض المجتمعات، أو بترحيب في أماكن أخرى كمتنفس من القهر الخانق، فقد أصبح هناك فهم بأننا جميعاً جزء من أسرة بشرية لا تتجزأ وأصبح هذا المعيار هو أساس الحكم على جهودنا الجماعية.

One global human family. The model of the family has relevance in our efforts to implement agreed goals and commitments with regard to gender equality and empowerment of women, whether our role is within the United Nations or as part of a Government or civil society.
أسرة بشرية عالمية واحدة - يكتسي نموذج الأسرة أهمية في جهودنا الرامية إلى تنفيذ الأهداف والالتزامات المتفق عليها فيما يتعلق بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، سواء كان الدور الذي نقوم به يندرج داخل الأمم المتحدة أو في إطار الحكومة أو المجتمع المدني.

She also added that the ideological superstructure of the State fed further exclusion and emphasized that the non-existence of the so-called distinct human races had been scientifically proven and that all people and individuals constituted one human family, rich in diversity.
وأضافت أيضاً أن الهيكل الفوقي الأيديولوجي للدولة قد غذى الاستبعاد إلى حد أكبر، وشددت على أن عدم وجود ما يسمى بالأعراق البشرية المميزة قد ثبت علمياً، وأن جميع الشعوب والأفراد أسرة بشرية واحدة، ثرية في تنوعها.

3- تؤكد أيضاً أن جميع الشعوب والأفراد يشكلون أسرة بشرية واحدة، ثرية في تنوعها، وأنهم قد أسهموا في تقدم الحضارات والثقافات التي تشكل التراث المشترك للإنسانية، وأن الحفاظ على التسامح والتعددية واحترام التنوع وتعزيزها جميعاً يمكن أن تُفْضي إلى قيام مجتمعات أكثر شمولاً؛

In our vision, we are one human family in all our diversity, living on one common homeland and sharing a just, sustainable and peaceful world, guided by the universal principles of democracy, equality, inclusion, voluntarism, non-discrimination and participation by all persons, men and women, young and old, regardless of race, faith, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity or nationality.

31. Ms. Espindola (Ecuador) said that advances in technology drew the world closer together and erased borders, while racism and racial discrimination separated peoples and dashed their dreams of living in a society without inequality, where all understood that they were part of one human family.

In this era of rapid globalization, when poor countries are facing the daunting challenge of addressing socio-political and economic instability, the international community must keep striving to bring together the two halves of the divided soul of the human rights project -- its resounding affirmation of freedom and its insistence on one human family for which all bear a common responsibility.

Paragraph 6 of the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference reaffirms that " all peoples and individuals constitute one human family, rich in diversity, and that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights " ; although throughout the history of humanity, people have been assigned identity based on race, both as a means of distinguishing one group from another, but more importantly as a means of control and domination.
وتعيد الفقرة 6 من الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي التأكيد على أن " جميع الشعوب والأفراد أسرة بشرية واحدة، ثرية في تنوعها، وأن جميع أفراد البشر يولدون أحراراً ومتساوين في الكرامة والحقوق " ؛ رغم أنه خلال تاريخ البشرية، أسندت إلى الناس هوية قائمة على العرق كوسيلة تمييز بين مجموعة وأخرى، وإن كان الهدف الأهم هو استخدام ذلك كوسيلة لفرض السيطرة والهيمنة.

At the same time, people worldwide must stop regarding one another as untrustworthy enemies. That is why Mayors for Peace, together with a wide range of civil-society groups, is striving not only for the abolition of nuclear weapons, but also to cultivate a shared sense of belonging to a single human family, regardless of our cultural, religious, or ethnic differences.

5. At the World Conference, the international community expressed its determination to bring to life the notion of a human family based on equality, dignity and solidarity, and to make the twenty-first century a century of human rights, of the eradication of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, and of the realization of genuine equality of opportunity and treatment for all individuals and peoples.
5- وأثناء المؤتمر العالمي، أبدى المجتمع الدولي تصميمه على بلورة مفهوم أسرة بشرية قوامها المساواة والكرامة والتضامن وعلى جعل القرن الحادي والعشرين قرن مراعاة حقوق الإنسان والقضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب وتحقيق التكافؤ الحقيقي في الفرص والمعاملة لجميع الأفراد والشعوب().
