In its resolution 1996/74, the Commission on Human Rights requested the Special Rapporteur, in carrying out his mandate, to, inter alia, " continue to pay special attention [...] to allegations concerning violations of the right to life in the context of violence against participants in demonstrations and other peaceful public manifestations " (para. 7(d)).
وقد طلبت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 1996/74، إلى المقرر الخاص أن يقوم، لدى الاضطلاع بولايته، بأمور منها " مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص [...] وللادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق العنف الذي يمارس ضد المشتركين في المظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي " (الفقرة 7(د)).

(d) To continue to pay special attention to extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions of children and to allegations concerning violations of the right to life in the context of violence against participants in demonstrations and other peaceful public manifestations or against persons belonging to minorities;
(د) مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لحالات إعدام الأطفال خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفا وللادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق العنف الذي يمارس ضد المشتركين في التظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي أو ضد الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات؛

(d) To continue to pay special attention to extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions of children and to allegations concerning violations of the right to life in the context of violence against participants in demonstrations and other peaceful public manifestations or against persons belonging to minorities;
(د) مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لحالات إعدام الأطفال خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً وللادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق العنف الذي يمارس ضد المشتركين في التظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي أو ضد الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات؛

In its resolution, the Commission also requested the Special Rapporteur to apply a gender perspective in her work and to pay special attention to violations of the right to life of children, participants in demonstrations or other public manifestations, persons belonging to ethnic minorities, and individuals carrying out peaceful activities in defence of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
5- وطلبت اللجنة أيضا في قرارها من المقررة الخاصة أن تطبق في عملها منظوراً يراعي نوع الجنس وأن تواصل إيلاء اهتمام خاص لانتهاكات الحق في الحياة بالنسبة للأطفال وللمشتركين في المظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العامة، وبالنسبة للأشخاص المنتمين الى أٌقليات إثنية، والأشخاص الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة سلمية دفاعا عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.

(و) إيلاء اهتمام خاص لحالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً عندما يكون الضحايا من الأفراد الذين يمارسون أنشطة سلمية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين يشاركون في المظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي؛

7. Also requests the Special Rapporteur to continue, in his next report, to pay special attention to extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions of children and women and to allegations concerning violations of the right to life in the context of violence against participants in demonstrations and other peaceful public manifestations or against persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities;
٧ - تطلب أيضا إلى المقرر الخاص أن يواصل، في تقريره المقبل، توجيه انتباه خاص إلى حالات اﻹعدام خارج نطاق القانون أو بإجراءات موجزة أو اﻹعدام التعسفي لﻷطفال والنساء، وإلى المزاعم المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق العنف الذي يمارس ضد المشتركين في المظاهرات وسائر أشكال التظاهر الشعبي السلمي، أو ضد اﻷشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية؛

7. Also requests the Special Rapporteur to continue, in his next report, to pay special attention to extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions of children and women and to allegations concerning violations of the right to life in the context of violence against participants in demonstrations and other peaceful public manifestations or against persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities;
٧ - تطلب أيضا الى المقرر الخاص أن يواصل، في تقريره المقبل، توجيه انتباه خاص الى حالات اﻹعدام خارج نطاق القانون أو بإجراءات موجزة أو اﻹعدام التعسفي لﻷطفال والنساء، والى المزاعم المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق العنف الذي يمارس ضد المشتركين في المظاهرات وسائر أشكال التظاهر الشعبي السلمي أو ضد اﻷشخاص الذين ينتمون الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية، دينية ولغوية؛

5- وفي القرار نفسه، طلبت اللجنة أيضاً إلى المقررة الخاصة أن تطبق في عملها منظوراً يراعي نوع الجنس، وأن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لانتهاكات الحق في الحياة التي يتعرض لها الأطفال والمشتركون في التظاهرات وغيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي، أو الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات والأشخاص الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة سلمية في سياق الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.

6. 6- وفي القرار نفسه، طلبت اللجنة أيضاً إلى المقررة الخاصة أن تطبق في عملها منظوراً يراعي نوع الجنس، وأن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لانتهاكات الحق في الحياة للأطفال والمشتركين في التظاهرات أو في غيرها من أشكال التظاهر العام السلمي، أو الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات والأشخاص الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة سلمية في سياق الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.
