42. The Committee encourages the State party to prioritize elimination of all forms of violence against children.

This new action plan is to extend to all forms of violence against women, especially genital mutilation.

(a) Develop a comprehensive national strategy to prevent and address all forms of violence against children;
(أ) وضع استراتيجية وطنية شاملة لمنع جميع أشكال العنف ضدّ الأطفال والتصدي لها؛

The State party should include in its next report to the Committee the results of the survey conducted by the National Statistics Office on all forms of violence against women and girls and provide statistical data on the investigations into, prosecutions and convictions of, and penalties imposed on the perpetrators of violence against women.
وينبغي أن تضمِّن الدولة الطرف في تقريرها المقبل إلى اللجنة نتائج الاستقصاء الذي أجراه المكتب الوطني للإحصاءات بشأن جميع أشكال العنف ضدّ المرأة والفتاة وأن تقدم بيانات إحصائية بشأن التحقيقات مع مرتكبي العنف ضدّ المرأة ومقاضاتهم وإدانتهم وإنزال جزاءات بهم.

33. The Committee recommends that the State party explicitly prohibit by law all forms of violence against children, including corporal punishment, in all settings, including in the family, schools, alternative childcare and places of detention for children, and implement those laws effectively.
33- توصي اللجنة بأن تحظر الدولة الطرف صراحةً بموجب القانون جميع أشكال العنف ضدّ الأطفال، بما في ذلك العقاب البدني، وذلك في جميع البيئات، بما يشمل الأسرة والمدارس ورعاية الطفل البديلة وأماكن احتجاز الأطفال، وتنفيذ هذه القوانين تنفيذاً فعَّالاً.

(a) Prioritize elimination of all forms of violence against children, including by ensuring implementation of the recommendations of the United Nations study on violence against children (A/61/299), paying particular attention to gender;

42. The Committee urges the State party to promptly develop a comprehensive and coordinated national strategy to combat all forms of violence against women and girls as recommended in 2008 by the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW/C/BEL/CO/6, para. 32).
42- تحثّ اللجنة الدولة الطرف على القيام على وجه السرعة بوضع استراتيجية وطنية شاملة ومنسّقة لمكافحة استخدام جميع أشكال العنف ضدّ النساء والفتيات على نحو ما أوصت به اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة (CEDAW/C/BEL/CO/6، الفقرة 32) في عام 2008.

To conclude, I wish to reiterate that my country remains at the disposal of the United Nations in the context of any action relating to the implementation of resolution 1325 (2000) and of other international instruments aimed at strengthening the full participation of women in the decision-making process and at ensuring a deep-rooted culture of human rights, as a fundamental guarantee of the elimination of all forms of violence against women.
وختاماً، أودّ أن أؤكد مجدداً أن بلدي يبقى رهن تصرُّف الأمم المتحدة بصدد أيّ إجراء متعلِّق بتنفيذ القرار 1325 (2000)، وأية صكوك دولية أخرى تهدف إلى دعم المشاركة الكاملة للمرأة في عملية صنع القرارات، وضمان ثقافة عميقة الجذور لحقوق الإنسان، باعتبار ذلك كفالة أساسية للقضاء على جميع أشكال العنف ضدّ المرأة.
