Whoever transports persons in a position of slavery or a similar position from one country to another shall be punished with imprisonment of six months to five years.
ويعاقب بالسجن من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات كل من ينقل أشخاص يخضعون للرق أو لوضع مماثل من بلد إلى آخر.

The offender shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months to five years or by a fine or by a ban on professional activities,
ويُعاقب المجرم بالسجن ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات أو بغرامة أو بحظر أنشطة المهنية؛

If the person in question is not a member of the organization, the penalty imposable is imprisonment from six months to five years.
وإن لم يكن الشخص المعني عضوا في المنظمة، تفرض عليه عقوبة بالسجن لفترة تتراوح بين ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات.

These criminal acts are punishable with from three months to five years and with three years in prison respectively.

ويُعتبر جريمة تقع تحت طائلة العقاب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات القيام بإنشاء أو تأسيس منظمة عنصرية أو المشاركة في أنشطتها أو تقديم المساعدة لها، بما في ذلك التمويل، أو المشاركة في أنشطة تحرِّض أو تشجع على التمييز العنصري أو الديني، أو على الكره أو العنف العنصريين أو الدينيين.

" (2) A person who transports in the servile status from one country to another shall be punished with a prison sentence of from six months to five years.
" )٢( يعاقب بالسجن من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات كل شخص ينقل شخصا آخر من بلد إلى آخر في حالة استعباد.

(2) Anyone who threatens to commit a criminal offence under paragraph 1 of the present article shall be sentenced to a prison term of six months to five years.
(2) يُعاقَب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات كل مَن هّدد بارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه.

(1) Anyone who steals weapons, ammunition, explosives, combat equipment or part of combat equipment serving for defence needs, shall be sentenced to a prison term of six months to five years.
(1) يُعاقب بالسجن من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات كل مَن سرق أسلحة أو ذخيرة أو متفجرات أو وسائل قتالية أو قِطع من وسائل قتالية تُستخدم لأغراض الدفاع.

" (1) A person who procures, induces, incites or entices female persons to prostitution or who in any way takes part in handing over a female person to another person for the purpose of prostitution, shall be punished with a prison sentence of three months to five years.
" )١( يعاقب بالسجن لمدة ثلاثة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات كل شخص يقود أو يغوي أو يحرض أو يغري إناثا على البغاء أو يشترك بأي شكل في تسليم أنثى لشخص آخر لغرض البغاء.

The new code of criminal procedure will contain a new definition of rape: " Whoever compels another person to have sexual relations, either through violence or the threat of violence or the threat of other harm, or whoever abuses a person's defencelessness to commit such an act, will be punished by a prison term of from six months to five years. "
51 - وسيتضمن قانون الإجراءات الجنائية الجديد تعريفا جديدا للاغتصاب: " كل من يُرغِم شخصا آخر على الاتصالات الجنسية إما بالعنف أو بالتهديد بالعنف أو بالتهديد بإلحاق ضرر آخر، أو كل من يستغل ضعف شخص ما لارتكاب فعل كهذا، يُعاقب بالسجن لمدة ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات. "

Article 348 provides that draft-evasion may be punished with imprisonment of from six months to five years and article 323 states that desertion can be punished with one to seven years' imprisonment (WRI).
وتنص المادة ٨٤٣ على أن التهرب من التجنيد يمكن أن يعاقَبَ مرتكبه بالسجن من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات. وتنص المادة ٣٢٣ على أن الهروب من الخدمة يمكن المعاقبة عليه بالسجن من سنة إلى سبع سنوات )المنظمة الدولية لمقاومي الحروب(.

Section 18 provides: " Anyone who mentions a fact which is false and which he knows or believes to be false will be punished with six months to five years of imprisonment or fined 2,000 to 20,000 Kyat, or both punishments will be given " .
وتنص المادة 18 على ما يلي: " أي شخص يذكر واقعة زائفة، مع علمه أو اعتقاده بأنها زائفة يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات أو بغرامة تتراوح من 000 2 إلى 000 20 كيات أو بالعقوبتين معاً " .

(b) If, in committing the act referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, a weapon, dangerous instrument or a means suitable to seriously injure the body or to gravely harm health, has been used, the perpetrator shall be punished with a prison term of six months to five years.
(ب) يعاقب بالسجن من ستة أشهر إلى خمس سنوات مرتكب العمل المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة إذا استعمل في ارتكابه لهذا العمل سلاحا أو أداة خطيرة أو وسيلة ينتج عن استعمالها إصابة خطيرة للبدن أو إصابة الصحة بضرر كبير؛

25. On page 71 of the report, reference is made to the 37th Amendment to the Penal Code, dated 11 February 2005, which expressly defines forced marriage as being a very serious case of coercion, subject to prosecution (punishable by imprisonment from six months to five years).

385. Also, any individual who breaks this law henceforth incurs the sanctions prescribed in article 18 in these terms: " will be punished by imprisonment from five months to five years and a fine of from 100,000 CFA francs to 500,000 CFA francs or by only one of these penalties whosoever will have committed any of the offences stated in this Act, through practice, through writing, speaking, publicizing or other propaganda " .
