12. The Government of the Republic of Korea has instructed all port authorities and regional maritime affairs and port offices to strengthen controls on vessels entering Korea, for example by verifying the nationality of said vessels, facilitating searches and prohibiting the provision of bunkering services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the vessels are carrying prohibited items.

10. Inspect in the State's territory all cargo to or from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, or brokered or facilitated by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea or its nationals, or by individuals or entities acting on their behalf, if the State concerned has information that provides reasonable grounds to believe the cargo contains prohibited items.
10 - القيام، في أراضي الدولة المعنية، بتفتيش جميع الشحنات المتجهة إلى جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية أو القادمة منها، أو التي توسطت فيها أو يسَّرتها جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية أو رعاياها أو أفراد أو كيانات يعملون بالنيابة عنهم، إذا كانت لدى الدولة المعنية معلومات توفر أساسا معقولا للاعتقاد بأن الشحنة تضم أصنافا محظورة.
