It further recommends that the State party ensure that children of migrant families in Aruba have equal access to education, health and other services and that there is legislation to protect children with disabilities against discrimination.

The Committee also regrets the absence of information in the State party's report on the implementation of its previous recommendation regarding the protection of children of migrant families in irregular situations against discrimination.
كما تعرب عن أسفها إزاء افتقار تقرير الدولة الطرف لمعلوماتٍ عن تنفيذ توصياتها السابقة بشأن حماية أطفال الأسر المهاجرة التي توجد في أوضاعٍ غير نظامية من التمييز.

The State party should provide information in its next periodic report on the action taken to protect children of migrant families in irregular situations against discrimination as recommended by the Committee in its previous concluding observations.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تقدم معلومات في تقريرها الدوري القادم عن الإجراء الذي اتخذته لحماية أطفال الأسر المهاجرة التي توجد في أوضاع غير نظامية من التمييز حسبما أوصت اللجنة في ملاحظاتها الختامية السابقة.

(d) There are discrepancies in the enjoyment of rights in relation to certain vulnerable groups, especially children from immigrant families who have only limited access to adequate health, education and other social services.

650. The Committee recommends that the State party carry out a comprehensive study on the situation of children of migrant families with the aim of developing adequate strategies to ensure their protection and the full enjoyment of their rights.
650- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة بدراسة شاملة بشأن حالة أطفال الأسر المهاجرة قصد وضع استراتيجيات ملائمة تكفل حمايتهم وتمتعهم بحقوقهم تمتعاً كاملاً.

(46) The Committee encourages the State party to finalize the study on the impact of migration on children and to share its findings widely, with the aim of developing adequate strategies to ensure the protection and the full enjoyment by children of migrant families of their rights.
(46) تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إنهاء الدراسة المتعلقة بتأثير الهجرة على الأطفال ونشر نتائجها على نطاق واسع، بغية وضع استراتيجياتٍ مناسبة لضمان حماية أطفال الأسر المهاجرة وتمتعهم الكامل بحقوقهم.

(c) Take strong proactive measures to ensure that children of immigrant families have equal access to education, health and other services.
(ج) اتخاذ تدابير استباقية قوية لضمان تمتع أطفال الأسر المهاجرة بالمساواة مع غيرهم من الأطفال في الحصول على خدمات التعليم والصحة وغيرها.
