The ILO representative underlined two aspects of the draft principles prepared by the Special Rapporteur: consultation and participation.
وأكدت ممثلة مكتب العمل الدولي على وجهين من مشروع المبادئ العامة الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة وهما: التشاور والمشاركة.

Having considered the preliminary report prepared by the Special Rapporteur (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1999/27),
وقد نظرت في التقرير الأولي الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1999/27)،

1. Welcomes the interim report of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and expresses its support for her work;

Welcomes the interim report of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography,A/52/482. and expresses its support for her work in examining, all over the world, the question of the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography;
١ - ترحب بالتقرير المؤقت الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعنية ببيع اﻷطفال وبغاء اﻷطفال واستخدام اﻷطفال في إنتاج المواد اﻹباحية)٩(، وتعرب عن تأييدها لعملها المتمثل في دراسة مسألة بيع اﻷطفال وبغاء اﻷطفال واستخدام اﻷطفال في إنتاج المواد اﻹباحية في جميع أنحاء العالم؛

In that connection, it commended the excellent report by the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (A/51/456).
وأثنى في هذا الصدد، على التقرير الممتاز الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعنية بمسائل بيع اﻷطفال وبغاء اﻷطفال واستخدام اﻷطفال في إنتاج المواد اﻹباحية )A/51/456(.

٣١ - ترحب بالتقرير المؤقت الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة للجنة حقوق الانسان عن بيع اﻷطفال وبغاء اﻷطفال واستخدام اﻷطفال في إنتاج المواد اﻹباحية)٨(؛

1. Takes note with satisfaction of the third report on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1999/14) submitted by the Special Rapporteur, Ms. Halima Embarek Warzazi, and shares her concern about the absence of information on harmful traditional practices, in particular practices other than female genital mutilation, and on measures taken to eradicate them;
1- تحيط علماً مع الارتياح بالتقرير الثالث عن الحالة المتعلقة بالقضاء على الممارسات التقليدية التي تؤثر في صحة المرأة والطفلة الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة السيدة حليمة مبارك ورزازي (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1999/14)، وتشاطر المقررة الخاصة ما يساورها من قلق إزاء عدم توفر المعلومات عن الممارسات التقليدية الضارة، ولا سيما ممارسات أخرى بخلاف عمليات تشويه الأعضاء التناسلية للإناث، وعن التدابير المتخذة للقضاء عليها؛
