(i) The members of the inspection team shall not engage in any professional or commercial activity for personal profit on the territory of the inspected State Party.

60. When transiting the territory of non-inspected States Parties, the members of the inspection team shall be accorded the privileges and immunities enjoyed by diplomatic agents pursuant to Article 40, paragraph 1, of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
٠٦- عند عبور إقليم دول أطراف ليست موضعا للتفتيش، يمنح أعضاء فريق التفتيش الامتيازات والحصانات التي يتمتع بها المعتمدون الدبلوماسيون بمقتضى الفقرة ١ من المادة ٠٤ من اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية.

63. When transiting the territory of non-inspected States Parties, the members of the inspection team shall be accorded the privileges and immunities enjoyed by diplomatic agents pursuant to Article 40, paragraph 1, of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
٣٦- عند عبور إقليم دول أطراف ليست موضعا للتفتيش، يمنح أعضاء فريق التفتيش الامتيازات والحصانات التي يتمتع بها المعتمدون الدبلوماسيون بمقتضى الفقرة ١ من المادة ٠٤ من اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية.

55. The members of the inspection team carrying out an inspection of a facility of a State Party located on the territory of another State Party shall be designated in accordance with the procedures set forth above as applied both to the inspected State Party and the host State Party.
٥٥- يجب أن تكون تسمية أعضاء فريق التفتيش الذي يجري تفتيشا على مرفق ﻹحدى الدول اﻷطراف يقع على إقليم دولة طرف أخرى وفقا لﻹجراءات المبينة أعلاه حسبما تنطبق على كل من الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش والدولة الطرف المضيفة.

(a) The members of the inspection team shall be accorded the inviolability enjoyed by diplomatic agents pursuant to Article 29 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961.
)أ( يمنح أعضاء فريق التفتيش الحصانة التي يتمتع بها المعتمدون الدبلوماسيون بمقتضى المادة ٩٢ من اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية المؤرخة في ٨١ نيسان/ابريل ١٦٩١.

(d) Samples and approved equipment carried by members of the inspection team shall be inviolable subject to provisions contained in this Treaty and exempt from all customs duties.
)د( تتمتع العينات والمعدات المعتمدة التي يحملها أعضاء فريق التفتيش بالحصانة رهنا باﻷحكام الواردة في هذه المعاهدة وتعفى من جميع الرسوم الجمركية.

(e) The members of the inspection team shall be accorded the immunities accorded to diplomatic agents pursuant to Article 31, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
)ﻫ( يمنح أعضاء فريق التفتيش الحصانات الممنوحة للمعتمدين الدبلوماسيين بمقتضى الفقرات ١ و٢ و٣ من المادة ١٣ من اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية.

(h) The members of the inspection team shall be accorded the same currency and exchange facilities as are accorded to representatives of foreign Governments on temporary official missions.

61. Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities the members of the inspection team shall be obliged to respect the laws and regulations of the inspected State Party and, to the extent that is consistent with the inspection mandate, shall be obliged not to interfere in the internal affairs of that State.
١٦- أعضاء فريق التفتيش ملزمون، دون المساس بامتيازاتهم وحصاناتهم، باحترام قوانين وأنظمة الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش، ويكونون كذلك، إلى الحد الذي يتفق مع ولاية التفتيش، ملزمين بعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية لتلك الدولة.

58. The members of the inspection team carrying out an inspection of a facility of a State Party located on the territory of another State Party shall be designated in accordance with the procedures set forth above as applied both to the inspected State Party and the host State Party.
٨٥- يجب أن تكون تسمية أعضاء فريق التفتيش الذي يجري تفتيشا على مرفق ﻹحدى الدول اﻷطراف يقع على إقليم دولة طرف أخرى وفقا لﻹجراءات المبينة أعلاه حسبما تنطبق على كل من الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش والدولة الطرف المضيفة.

(b) The inspection team members involved in the transportation of relevant materials from Iraq, and other details, including dates, mode of transportation, documentation and shipping routes;
