This approach is similar to the organization of the work of the AWG-LCA in 2010 and provides for coherence of the work of the AWG-LCA.

13. The Chair restated her commitment to lead and guide the work of the AWG-LCA and to help Parties in resolving outstanding issues.

10. The Chair is committed to guiding and facilitating the work of the AWG-LCA to the best of his ability and to working with all Parties in a transparent and inclusive manner.
10- ويلتزم الرئيس بتوجيه وتيسير أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني بأقصى ما في وسعه وبالعمل مع جميع الأطراف بأسلوب شفاف وجامع.

The Chair also thanked the delegates who facilitated the work of the AWG-LCA at the thirteenth session and at the previous sessions for their valuable contribution to the progress made.
كما شكرت الرئيسة المندوبين الذين يسروا أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني في الدورة الثالثة عشرة وفي الدورات السابقة وساهموا مساهمة قيمة في التقدم المحرز.

34. The Chair then invited Parties to exchange views on how to focus and complete the work of the AWG-LCA.
34- ثم دعا الرئيس الأطراف إلى تبادل الآراء بشأن سبل تركيز أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني واستكمالها.

This overview text is made available by the Chair in an effort to assist Parties in preparing the results of the work of the AWG-LCA to be presented to the COP in Doha in order to reach the agreed outcome.

37. Action: The COP will be invited to consider the results of the work of the AWG-LCA with a view to their adoption.
37- الإجراء: سيُدعى مؤتمر الأطراف إلى النظر في نتائج أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني بهدف اعتمادها.

20. The Chair informed delegates that the negotiating text resulting from the work of the AWG-LCA at its eleventh session, contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/14, would be before the AWG-LCA at its thirteenth session.
20- وأبلغت الرئيسة المندوبين بأن النص التفاوضي الناتج عن أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني في دورته الحادية عشرة، والوارد في الوثيقة FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/14، سيُعرض على فريق العمل التعاوني في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

The text maintains, in general, the structure of the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA that was presented to the COP at its fifteenth session.
5- ويحافظ النص، بوجه عام، على هيكل محصلة أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني التي قُدمت إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الخامسة عشرة.

At the outset, the Chair underlined that the work of the AWG-LCA at its thirteenth session had been conducted in close collaboration with the President of COP 16 in order to enable negotiations to run smoothly and in a transparent and inclusive manner.
وأوضحت رئيسة الفريق في البداية أن إدارة أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني في دورته الثالثة عشرة كانت تتم بالتعاون الوثيق مع رئيسة الدورة السادسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف للسماح بسير المفاوضات بسهولة وبأسلوب شفاف وشامل.

17. In the light of the extensive workload ahead, the Chair will aim to organize the work of the AWG-LCA in a flexible way that allows for it to be adjusted according to needs and progress made.
17- وفي ضوء عبء العمل الضخم، سيسعى الرئيس لتنظيم أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني بأسلوب مرن يسمح بتكييفها وفقاً للاحتياجات والتقدم المحرز.

14. The Chair informed delegates of her intention to start seeking views from negotiating groups on the elements of the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA to be presented for adoption to the COP at its sixteenth session.
14- وأبلغت الرئيسة المندوبين بعزمها على بدء التماس آراء أفرقة التفاوض بشأن عناصر نتائج أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني التي ستُعرض على مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السادسة عشرة لكي يعتمدها.

The Chair intends to hold informal consultations on the organization and methods of work of the AWG-LCA in 2010 and will invite a delegate to facilitate the consultations on specific issues such as the calendar of meetings in 2010.
15- ويعتزم الرئيس أن يجري مشاورات غير رسمية بشأن تنظيم أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني ومنهجياته في عام 2010، وسيدعو مندوباً إلى تسهيل المشاورات بشأن مسائل محددة مثل جدول مواعيد الاجتماعات في عام 2010.

The form and legal nature of the outcome to be presented to the COP at its sixteenth session has implications for the work of the AWG-LCA.
12- ويؤثر الشكل والطبيعة القانونية للنتائج المقرر تقديمها إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السادسة عشرة في أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني.

38. The Chair introduced the draft conclusions on the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA to be presented to the COP for consideration and adoption at its seventeenth session contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/L.4.
38- وعرض الرئيس مشروع استنتاجات بشأن نتائج أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني المقدمة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي ينظر فيها ويعتمدها في دورته السابعة عشرة، وترد في الوثيقة FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/L.4.

5. The past work of the AWG-LCA resulted in decisions that were adopted at the sixteenth and seventeenth sessions of the COP.
5- وتمخضت أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني في الماضي عن مقررات اعتُمدت خلال الدورتين السادسة عشرة والسابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف.

At the first part of its fifteenth session, the AWG-LCA adopted a comprehensive agenda that reflects the Bali Action Plan and the additional elements that have been included under the work of the AWG-LCA.
