٢١ - تنص المادة السابعة من المعاهدة على أنه " ليس في هذه المعاهدة أي حكم يمس حق أية مجموعة من الدول في عقد معاهدات اقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية انطلاقا في أقاليمها المختلفة " .

٣٢ - )المنطقة الخالية من اﻷسلحة النووية - معاهدة تلاتيلولكو( اعترفت معاهدة عدم الانتشار ﻷية مجموعة من الدول بالحق في إبرام معاهدات إقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية في أقاليمها المختلفة )المادة السابعة(.

China endorses the provision of Article 7 of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons which states, " nothing in this Treaty affects the right of any group of States to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories " .
وتؤيد الصين بند المادة السابعة من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية الذي ينص على أن " لا تتضمن هذه المعاهدة أي حكم يخل بحق أي مجموعة من الدول في عقد معاهدات إقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية إطلاقا في أقاليمها المختلفة " .

Mr. Kerma (Algeria) said that the NPT, by explicitly recognizing in its article VII the right of groups of States " to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories " , had confirmed the importance and complementary nature of treaties establishing nuclear-weapon-free zones.
3 - السيد كرما (الجزائر): قال إن المعاهدة أكدت، باعترافها الصريح في المادة السابعة منها بحق أي مجموعة من الدول في " عقد معاهدات إقليمية لتأمين عدم وجود أي أسلحة نووية إطلاقا في أقاليمها المختلفة " ، أهمية معاهدات إنشاء المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية وطابع التكامل فيما بينها.

Article VII of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons has underlined the importance of the establishment of nuclear-weapon-free zones through the recognition of " the right of any group of States to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories " .
1 - أبرزت المادة السابعة من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية أهمية إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية من خلال الاعتراف " بحق أية مجموعة من الدول في عقد معاهدات إقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية إطلاقا في أقاليمها المختلفة " .

China fully endorses the provisions of article 7 of the Nuclear NonProliferation Treaty, which states: " Nothing in this Treaty affects the right of any group of States to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories. "
تؤيد الصين تأييداً كاملاً أحكام المادة 7 من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النوويـة التـالـي نصهـا: " لا تتضمن هذه المعاهدة أي حكم يخل بحق أي مجموعة من الدول في عقد معاهدات إقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية إطلاقاً في أقاليمها المختلفة " .

11. For the States parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons,c nuclear-weapon-free zones are an important complementary instrument to the Treaty, article VII of which explicitly recognizes the right of any group of States to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories.
١١ - وبالنسبة للدول اﻷطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية)ج(، تشكل المناطق الخالية من اﻷسلحة النووية أداة تكميلية هامة للمعاهدة، التي تعترف المادة السابعة منها صراحة بأنه يحق ﻷية مجموعة من الدول عقد معاهدات إقليمية تستهدف تأمين عدم وجود أية أسلحة نووية إطلاقا في أقاليمها المختلفة.

" 11. For the States parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, United Nations, Treaty Series, vol. 729, No. 10485. nuclear-weapon-free zones are an important complementary instrument to the Treaty, article VII of which explicitly recognizes the right of any group of States to conclude regional treaties in order to assure the total absence of nuclear weapons in their respective territories.
