29- وأشارت فرنسا إلى مسألة المعاقبة الجسدية، وأوصت المملكة المتحدة بأن تنظر في تجاوز التشريع الراهن وحظر هذه العقوبة أيضاً في القطاع الخاص وفي أقاليمها فيما وراء البحار.
