15. The Iraq-Kuwait Boundary Maintenance Project is a stand-alone project concerned with the maintenance of the physical representation of the international boundary between Iraq and Kuwait, as recommended by the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Boundary Demarcation Commission and confirmed by the Security Council in resolution 833 (1993).
15 - إن مشروع صيانة الحدود العراقية - الكويتية مشروعٌ قائم بذاته يُعنى بصيانة العلامات التي وُضعت على الحدود الدولية بين العراق والكويت، وذلك وفقا لما أوصت به لجنة الأمم المتحدة لترسيم الحدود بين العراق والكويت، ولما أكده مجلس الأمن في القرار 833 (1993).

We call on the Security Council to direct Morocco to cooperate fully with MINURSO by allowing " unhindered and immediate access for the United Nations and associated personnel in carrying out their mandate " (as confirmed by Security Council resolution 1979 (2011), para. 2), and to allow free access to the Territory for diplomats, journalists, human rights organizations and other interested observers.
ونهيب بمجلس الأمن أن يوجه المغرب إلى التعاون الكامل مع البعثة من خلال السماح " بوصول موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها إلى مقاصدهم فورا وبدون عوائق في سياق تنفيذ ولايتهم " (على نحو ما أكده مجلس الأمن في الفقرة 2 من قراره 1979 (2011))، والسماح بحرية وصول الدبلوماسيين والصحفيين ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان والمراقبين الآخرين المهتمين إلى الإقليم.
