12. The recently established Working Group on Disability of the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination (CEB) Human Resources Network is developing a common policy statement on the employment of persons with disabilities in the United Nations workplace.

8. Tobacco or health 62. At the 36th meeting on 24 July, the representative of India introduced a draft resolution (E/2006/L.10) entitled " Smoke-free United Nations premises " , which read as follows:

ACC further requested the early finalization and distribution to all Resident Coordinators and members of country teams of the " Guidance note on HIV/AIDS in the United Nations workplace " , urging that as many as possible of the measures embodied in the note be put in place by the end of the year. (Both of the notes referred to in paras. 81 and 82 were finalized and issued in March 2001.)
وطلبت كذلك وضع المذكرة التوجيهية المعنونة " فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز في أماكن العمل بالأمم المتحدة " في صورتها النهائية وتوزيعها على جميع المنسقين المقيمين وأعضاء الأفرقة القطرية وحثت على تنفيذ أكبر عدد ممكن من التدابير الواردة في المذكرة بحلول نهاية السنة. (وضعت المذكرتان المشار إليهما في الفقرتين 81 و 82 في صيغتهما النهائية وصدرتا في آذار/مارس 2001).
