٦ - تطلب الى جميع اﻷطراف والحركات والفصائل في الصومال أن تحترم تماما أمن وسلامة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة ومنظماتها غير الحكومية، وأن تضمن حرية تنقلهم الكاملة في شتى أنحاء الصومال؛

In this connection, the Advisory Committee emphasizes the need for an effective unified security coordination system to enhance the security and safety of the staff of the organizations of the United Nations system. IX.23.
وفي هذا الصدد، تؤكد اللجنة الاستشارية على ضرورة وضع نظام موحد وفعال لتنسيق اﻷمن بغية تعزيز أمن وسلامة موظفي مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

٦ - تطلب إلى جميع اﻷطراف والحركات والفصائل في الصومال أن تحترم تماما أمن وسلامة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة ومنظماتها غير الحكومية، وأن تضمن حرية تنقلهم الكاملة في شتى أنحاء الصومال؛

The Assembly appealed to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities and to engage in a national reconciliation process that would allow for such transition, and called upon all parties, movements and factions in Somalia to respect fully the security and safety of personnel of the United Nations and its specialized agencies and of non-governmental organizations.
وناشدت الجمعية العامة جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء اﻷعمال العدائية والدخول في عملية للمصالحة الوطنية تسمح بتحقيق هذا الانتقال، وطلبت الى جميع اﻷطراف والحركات والفصائل في الصومال أن تحترم على الوجه التام أمن وسلامة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وموظفي المنظمات غير الحكومية.

In order to enhance the security and safety of personnel of the organizations of the United Nations system in such situations and to prepare for any eventuality, a set of arrangements have been in place since 1980 to ensure coordinated action in all matters relating to the security and safety of field-based staff and their families.
ومن أجل تعزيز أمن وسلامة موظفي المنظمات التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة في حالات من هذا القبيل، واستعدادا لأي طارئ، وضعت مجموعة من الترتيبات منذ عام 1980 لكفالة اتخاذ إجراءات منسقة في جميع المسائل المتصلة بأمن وسلامة الموظفين الميدانيين وأُسَرهم.

٧ - تطلب إلى جميع اﻷطراف والحركات والفصائل في الصومال أن تحترم على الوجه التام أمن وسلامة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وموظفي المنظمات غير الحكومية، وأن تضمن كامل حريتهم في الانتقال في جميع أنحاء الصومال؛
