٨ ـ يطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يعين، وفقا للممارسة السابقة، أمينا عاما وأمينا تنفيذيا للمؤتمر التاسع، يؤديان مهامهما في اطار النظم الداخلية للمؤتمرات؛

11- طلبت الجمعية العامة من الأمين العام، في قرارها 58/138 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، أن يعيّن أمينا عاما وأمينا تنفيذيا للمؤتمر الحادي عشر، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي، لكي يؤدّيا مهامهما الوظيفية بمقتضى النظام الداخلي لمؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.
