II. Activities of the Standing Advisory Committee 4. the activities of the Standing Advisory Committee have consisted essentially of two ministerial-level meetings: the thirty-first meeting, held in Brazzaville from 15 to 19 November 2010, and the thirty-second meeting, held in Sao Tome from 12 to 16 March 2011.
