(b) that this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a written request by or on behalf of the alleged victims containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
)ب( وأنه يمكن أن يُعاد النظر في القرار بموجب المادة ١٠٩ من النظام الداخلي للجنة فور تسلم طلب خطي، من قِبل الضحيتين ادعاء أو نيابة عنهما، يتضمن معلومات مفادها أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد تنطبق؛

(b) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee’s rules of procedure upon receipt of a request by or on behalf of the author containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
)ب( أن هذا القرار تجوز مراجعته بموجب المادة ١٠٩ من النظام الداخلي للجنة فور تلقي طلب من صاحب البلاغ أو باسمه يتضمن معلومات مفادها أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة؛

(b) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 116, paragraph 2, of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a request by or on behalf of the complainants containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
(ب) يجوز إعادة النظر في هذا القرار بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 116 من النظام الداخلي للجنة لدى تلقي طلب من صاحبي الشكوى أو باسمهما يشتمل على معلومات تفيد أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد منطبقة؛

(c) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 92 (2) of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a written request by or on behalf of the authors containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply.
(ج) أنه يجوز لها أن تعيد النظر في هذا القرار، طبقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 92 من نظامها الداخلي، إذا تلقت من أصحاب البلاغ أو باسمهم طلباً مكتوباً يتضمن معلومات يتضح منها أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.

An author or authors may submit a written request to the Committee to review its decision on inadmissibility, setting out information indicating that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply (rule 70 (2)).
ويجوز لصاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ تقديم طلب خطي إلى اللجنة كيما تعيد النظر في قرارها القاضي بعدم المقبولية، على أن يتضمن الطلب معلومات تبين أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة (المادة 70(2) من النظام الداخلي).
