With regard to the remaining items of tangible property, the Panel finds that the alleged losses were not a direct result of Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
415- أما بخصوص البنود المتبقية من الممتلكات المادية، فيرى الفريق أن الخسائر المزعومة ليست نتيجة مباشرة لغزو العراق واحتلاله للكويت.

With regard to the claim for the Iraqi dinar banknotes, the Panel considers that the Claimant has failed to demonstrate that the alleged losses were direct losses resulting from Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
285- وفيما يتعلق بالمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأوراق النقدية بالدينار العراقي، يعتبر الفريق أن الجهة المطالبة لم تثبت أن الخسائر المزعومة كانت خسائر مباشرة نتجت عن غزو العراق واحتلالـه للكويت.
