The Committee therefore agreed to note with appreciation that the Democratic Republic of the Congo had reported data for 2007 that showed that the Party was adhering to its commitment contained in decision XVIII/21 for that year.
104- لذا فقد اتفقت اللجنة على أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أبلغت بياناتها عن عام 2007 وأن تلك البيانات تبين أن الطرف ملتزم بتعهداته الواردة في المقرر 18/21 عن تلك السنة.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to note with appreciation that Belize continues to be in advance of its commitments to phase out CFC, as contained in decision XIV/33, and prescribed under the Protocol.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to note with appreciation the Cook Islands' submission of all outstanding data for 2004 in accordance with its data-reporting obligations under the Protocol and decision XVII/20, which indicate that the Party was in compliance with the Protocol's control measures in that year.
84- التوصية: قد ترغب اللجنة في أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بتقديم جزر كوك لجميع بياناتها المتأخرة عن عام 2004 وفقا لالتزاماتها بالإبلاغ عن البيانات بموجب البروتوكول والمقرر 17/20، وهو ما يبين أن الطرف ممتثل لتدابير الرقابة الواردة في البروتوكول في تلك السنة.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to note with appreciation Nauru's submission of all outstanding data for 2004 in accordance with its data-reporting obligations under the Protocol and decision XVII/20, which indicate that the Party was in compliance with the Protocol's control measures in that year.
254- التوصية: قد ترغب اللجنة في أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بتقديم ناورو لجميع البيانات المتأخرة لسنة 2004 وفقاً لالتزاماتها بالإبلاغ بالبيانات بموجب البروتوكول والمقرر 17/20، وهو ما يبين أن الطرف في حالة امتثال لتدابير الرقابة الواردة في البروتوكول لتلك السنة.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to note with appreciation that Nepal has fulfilled its commitment contained in decision XVI/27 to release no more than 13.5 ODPtonnes of CFC onto its market in 2005.
258- التوصية: قد ترغب اللجنة في أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن نيبال أوفت بالتزامها الوارد في المقرر 16/27 بألا تطرح ما يزيد عن 13.5 طن محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية في أسواقها في 2005.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to note with appreciation that Uganda has completed implementation in 2005 of its commitment contained in decision XV/43 to reduce its methyl bromide consumption to 6.0 ODP-tonnes in that year. United States of America
336- التوصية: قد ترغب اللجنة في أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن أوغندا أكملت في عام 2005 تنفيذ التزامها الوارد في المقرر 15/43 بتخفيض استهلاكها من بروميد الميثيل إلى 6 أطنان محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون في تلك السنة.

(b) to note with appreciation the information provided by Bangladesh in relation to the circumstances that the Party believed to be the cause of its imminent non-compliance;

182- ولذا فقد اتفقت اللجنة على أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير أن نيبال أبلغت عن بياناتها عن عام 2007 وهي تبين أن الطرف ملتزم بتعهداته الواردة في المقرر 16/27 بألا يطرح في السوق المحلية ما يزيد على 4.05 أطنان بدالات استنفاد الأوزون من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية في تلك السنة.

(a) to note with appreciation the tremendous efforts that the Parties to the Montreal Protocol have made in establishment and operation of licensing systems under Article 4B of the Protocol;

to note with appreciation that Fiji has reported data for the consumption of the Annex E controlled substance (methyl bromide) in 2005 that shows that it was in advance of its commitment contained in decision XVII/33 to reduce its consumption of that ozonedepleting substance to 1.5 ODPtonnes in that year;
(أ) أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن فيجي أبلغت عن بيانات استهلاك للمادة الخاضعة للرقابة من المرفق هاء (بروميد الميثيل) في عام 2005 تظهر تقدمها عن التزامها الوارد في المقرر 17/33 بأن تخفض استهلاكها من هذه المواد المستنفدة للأوزون إلى 1.5 طن محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون في تلك السنة؛

Also to note with appreciation that Fiji has in 2006 fulfilled its commitment contained in decision XVII/33 to commence implementation of a methyl bromide import quota system in 2006 and monitor its existing system for licensing imports and exports of ozone-depleting substances.
(ب) أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير كذلك بأن فيجي أوفت في عام 2006 بالتزامها الوارد في المقرر 17/33 بالبدء في تنفيذ نظام لحصص استيراد بروميد الميثيل في عام 2006 ورصد النظام القائم لترخيص الواردات والصادرات من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون.

to note with appreciation that Lesotho has completed implementation of the commitments contained in decision XVI/25 to introduce a quota system for the import of halons and to introduce a ban on the import of halon-based equipment and systems in 2005;
(أ) أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بأن ليسوتو استكملت تنفيذ التزاماتها الواردة في المقرر 16/25 بإدخال العمل بنظام للحصص لاستيراد الهالونات وإدخال العمل بحظر على استيراد المعدات والأنظمة المستندة إلى الهالونات؛

to note with appreciation the report on the national halon on the import and consumption of halon submitted by Sierra Leone, which suggests that the Party may have returned to compliance with the Protocol's control measures for the Annex A, group II, controlled substances (halons);

The Committee therefore agreed to note with appreciation the submission by Mozambique of its outstanding methyl bromide data for 2010 in accordance with its data-reporting obligations under the Protocol, which indicated that it was in compliance with the Protocol's control measures for that year.
32 - وبناءً عليه، اتفقت اللجنة على أن تحيط علماً مع التقدير بالتقرير الوارد من موزامبيق عن بياناتها بشأن مادة بروميد الميثيل المتبقية عن عام 2010 وفقاً لالتزاماتها بالإبلاغ عن البيانات بمقتضى البروتوكول، وهو ما دلّ على أنه في حالة امتثال لتدابير الرقابة المكرّسة في البروتوكول فيما يتعلّق بتلك السنة.
