Following established practice, the Chairperson of the Commission will announce in a public meeting the countries that have been examined under the procedure governed by Council resolutions 1503 (XLVIII) and 2000/3, as well as the countries no longer being dealt with under the procedure; otherwise, all actions taken under the 1503 procedure remain confidential until such time as the Commission may decide to make recommendations to the Council.
