In a note verbale of 14 March 1996 addressed to all States, the Chairman of the Security Council Committee recalled that, on 14 December 1995, the Secretary-General had submitted to the Council a report stating that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia had formally signed the Peace Agreement in Paris on the same date.
٧ - وفي مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ١٤ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٦ موجهة إلى جميع الدول، أشار رئيس لجنة مجلس اﻷمن إلى أن الجمعية العامة قدمت إلى المجلس في ١٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ تقريرا ذكرت فيه أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية قد وقعت رسميا اتفاق السلام في ذلك اليوم في باريس.

In August 1993, having been informed by Hungary that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was receiving only about one third of the gas leaving the Hungarian territory, the Committee brought the matter to the attention of the Co-Chairmen of the Steering Committee of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia for action.
وفي آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٣، وبعد أن أبلغت هنغاريا اللجنة أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك لا تتلقى إلا حوالي ثلث الغاز المصدر من اﻷراضي الهنغارية، عرضت اللجنة المسألة على الرئيسين المشاركين للجنة التوجيهية التابعة للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بيوغوسلافيا السابقة لاتخاذ إجراءات.

Decides that the embargo on deliveries of weapons and military equipment imposed by resolution 713 (1991) shall be terminated as follows, beginning from the day the Secretary-General submits to the Council a report stating that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia have formally signed the Peace Agreement:
١ - يقرر إنهاء الحظر المفروض بموجب القرار ٧١٣ )١٩٩١( على شحنات اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية كما يلي، ابتداء من اليوم الذي يقدم فيه اﻷمين العام تقريرا الى المجلس يعلن فيه أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية قد وقعت رسميا على اتفاق السلام:

“1. Pursuant to the request contained in paragraph 1 of resolution 713 (1991), the Secretary-General, on 14 December 1995, submitted a report to the Security Council stating that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and other parties thereto had formally signed the Peace Agreement on that day in Paris.
وعملا بالطلب الوارد في الفقرة ٣ من القرار ٧١٣ )١٩٩١(، قدم اﻷمين العام، في ١٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥، تقريرا إلى مجلس اﻷمن ذكر فيه أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وأطرافا أخرى في اتفاق السلام قد وقعت عليه رسميا في ذلك اليوم بباريس.

Pursuant to the request contained in paragraph 1 of resolution 1021 (1995), the Secretary-General, on 14 December 1995, informed the Security Council that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and other parties thereto had formally signed the Peace Agreement on that day in Paris (S/1995/1034).
وعملا بالطلب الوارد في الفقرة ١ من القرار ١٠٢١ )١٩٩٥(، أبلغ اﻷمين العام مجلس اﻷمن في ١٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥، أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، وجمهورية كرواتيا، وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، واﻷطراف اﻷخرى وقﱠعت رسميا على اتفاق السلام في ذلك اليوم في باريس (S/1995/1034).

Noting that the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina has continued to be subjected to armed hostilities in contravention of Security Council resolution 713 (1991) and other relevant Security Council resolutions and that, despite all efforts by the United Nations as well as regional organizations and arrangements, the Bosnian Serb party continues to refuse to comply with all relevant resolutions in flagrant contempt of the Security Council,
وإذ يلاحظ أن جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك لا تزال تتعرض لﻷعمال العدائية المسلحة مما يشكل انتهاكا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٣١٧ )١٩٩١( وغيره من قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة، وأنه على الرغم من جميع الجهود المبذولة من جانب اﻷمم المتحدة، فضلا عن المنظمات والترتيبات الاقليمية، يواصل الطرف البوسني الصربي رفض الامتثال لجميع القرارات ذات الصلة مما يشكل ازدراء صارخا لمجلس اﻷمن،
