28. Taking into account the indivisibility of all human rights, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying those international human rights instruments that it has not yet ratified.
28- وإذ تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أن جميع حقوق الإنسان غير قابلة للتجزئة فإنها تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في التصديق على الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي لم تصدق عليها بعد.

Bearing in mind the indivisibility of all human rights, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying those international human rights treaties that it has not yet ratified, in particular treaties the provisions of which have a direct bearing on the subject of racial discrimination, such as the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
29- وإذ تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أن جميع حقوق الإنسان غير قابلة للتجزئة فإنها تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في التصديق على المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي لم تنضم إليها بعد، لا سيما التي تؤثر أحكامُها تأثيراً مباشراً في مسألة التمييز العنصري، مثل الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم.
