9.7 The Committee notes the authors' claim that their right to freedom of assembly under article 21 of the Covenant was also violated as they were found guilty of having committed an administrative offence and fined and, in the case of one of the authors, detained, for violation of the established procedure for organizing or conducting a mass event.
