In the light of the foregoing, the Committee considers that the complainants have provided sufficient evidence to show that the first-named complainant personally runs a real and foreseeable risk of being subjected to torture were he to be returned to his country of origin.
وعلى أساس ما تقدم، ترى اللجنة أن صاحبي الشكوى قدما أدلة كافية تثبت أن صاحب الشكوى الأول يواجه شخصياً خطر التعرض للتعذيب بصورة متوقعة وحقيقية في حال ترحيله إلى بلده الأصلي.
