On the basis of the totality of the evidence, the Panel finds that the non-Kuwaiti claimant has proved a 50 per cent interest in a partnership with the Kuwaiti owner with respect to shops 242 and 243.

On the basis of the totality of the evidence, the Panel finds that the non-Kuwaiti claimant was the owner of the new and used car business operated under the corporate entity's business licence at the date of Iraq's invasion and occupation.
96- وعلى أساس مجمل الأدلة، يرى الفريق أن صاحب المطالبة غير الكويتي كان مالك محل السيارات الجديدة والمستعملة الذي كان يعمل بموجب الترخيص التجاري للشركة في تاريخ غزو العراق واحتلاله للكويت.
