The Committee also emphasizes that States must ensure that the matrimonial regime contains equal rights and obligations for both spouses, among others with regard to the ownership or administration of property, " whether common property or property in the sole ownership of either spouse " .

The Special Rapporteur is of the view that States should ensure that their counter-terrorism strategies incorporate concrete measures to prevent racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.
ويرى المقرر الخاص أن على الدول أن تكفل تضمين استراتيجياتها الخاصة بمناهضة الإرهاب تدابير ملموسة الغرض منها منع العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصُّب.
