5. 5 - تؤكد الدول العربية أن مقاصد وأهداف معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لن تتحقق إلا بعد تحقيق عالمية المعاهدة من خلال انضمام الدول غير الأطراف إليها كدول غير نووية، وأن التأخر في تحقيق هذا الهدف يعد حجر عثرة أمام تعزيز منظومة عدم الانتشار النووي.
