ويضع مجلس اﻷمن من الترشيحات التي يتلقاها قائمة تتضمن ما لا يقل عن اثني عشر ولا يزيد على ثمانية عشر مرشحا، على أن يولى الاعتبار الواجب للتمثيل الكافي في المحكمة الدولية لرواندا لﻷنظمة القانونية الرئيسية في العالم؛

ويضع مجلس اﻷمن من الترشيحات التي يتلقاها قائمة تتضمن ما لا يقل عن ثمانية عشر وما لا يزيد عن سبعة وعشرين مرشحا، على أن يولى الاعتبار الواجب للتمثيل الكافي في المحكمة الدولية لرواندا لﻷنظمة القانونية الرئيسية في العالم؛

(h) A staff member may be required to take his or her home leave in conjunction with travel on official business or change of official duty station, due regard being paid to the interests of the staff member and his or her family.
)ح( يجوز أن يُطلب من الموظف أن يأخذ إجازة زيارة الوطن بمناسبة سفره في مهمة رسمية أو لتغيير مركز العمل الرسمي، على أن يولى الاعتبار الواجب لمصالح الموظف وأسرته.

(e) Project personnel may be required to take home leave in connection with other official travel, including travel on change of duty station, due regard being paid to the interests of the individual and his or her family.
(هـ) يجوز أن يُطلب من موظف المشاريع أخذ إجازة زيارة الوطن مقترنة بالسفر لأغراض رسمية أخرى، بما في ذلك السفر في حالة تغيير مركز العمل، على أن يولى الاعتبار الواجب لصالح الموظف وأسرته؛
