Stresses again the importance of ensuring accountability and the need to end impunity and hold to account all those responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law and serious violations and abuses of international human rights law, including those that may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, as recommended by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights;
8 - تؤكد مرة أخرى أهمية ضمان المساءلة وضرورة وضع حد لإفلات جميع المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي والانتهاكات والتجاوزات الخطيرة للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، بما فيها الانتهاكات والتجاوزات التي قد تصل إلى حد جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، ومحاسبتهم، كما أوصت بذلك مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان؛
