65. Bank signatories ensure that there are sufficient funds in the bank account when cheques and other payment instructions are presented for payment, verify that such payment instructions are properly drawn to the named payee and ensure that banking instruments are properly safeguarded and destroyed when obsolete.
65 - يكفل الموظفون المعتمدة توقيعاتهم لدى المصارف وجود الأموال الكافية في الحسابات المصرفية حينما تُقدم الشيكات وأي أوامر دفع أخرى للصرف، والتحقق من أن أوامر الدفع هذه مُحررة على النحو السليم لأمر المدفوع له المسمّى ويكفلون أن الشيكات وغيرها من الصكوك المصرفية محفوظة وأنها تُعدم على النحو السليم بعد انقضاء صلاحيتها.
