Nevertheless, the Committee is concerned at the lack of mechanisms in place to identify at an early stage refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant children who enter the State party and may have been recruited or used in hostilities abroad.

١٤- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنشئ نظاماً مركزياً لجمع البيانات قصد تسجيل وتحديد هوية جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها الذين يُحتمل أن يكونوا جُندوا أو استُخدموا في الاقتتال في الخارج.

The Committee regrets the lack of data on the acts covered by the Optional Protocol, relating in particular to asylum-seeking, refugee, migrant and unaccompanied children under the State party's jurisdiction, who may have been recruited or used in hostilities abroad.
12- تأسف اللجنة لعدم توافر بيانات بشأن الأفعال المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري، ولا سيما تلك المتعلقة بالأطفال ملتمسي اللجوء والأطفال اللاجئين والمهاجرين وغير المصحوبين بذويهم الخاضعين لولايتها، الذين ربّما يكونون قد جُنّدوا أو استُخدموا في أعمال قتالية في الخارج.

(12) The Committee regrets the lack of adequate data on children who have been recruited or used in hostilities.

It recommended that Germany provide protection for asylum-seeking and refugee children arriving in Germany who may have been recruited or used in hostilities abroad.

(a) Identify at the earliest possible stage refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant children entering Syria who may have been recruited or used in hostilities contrary to the Protocol;

The Committee urges the State party to take all the necessary measures to ensure that all refugee and asylum-seeking children who may have been recruited or used in hostilities have the right to have access to adequate physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration measures.
25- تحثّ اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لضمان استفادة جميع الأطفال اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء الذين ربّما يكونون قد جُندوا أو استُخدموا في أعمال قتالية من تدابير التعافي الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي الملائمة.

The Committee regrets the insufficient data on children below the age of 18 years studying in military schools and asylum-seeking, refugee and migrant children who may have been recruited or used in armed hostilities in other countries.
6- تعرب اللجنة عن أسفها لعدم كفاية البيانات بشأن الأطفال دون سن الثامنة عشرة في المدارس العسكرية، والأطفال ملتمسي اللجوء، واللاجئين والمهاجرين الذين يُحتمل أن يكونوا قد جُنّدوا أو استُخدموا في أعمال عدائية مسلحة في بلدان أخرى.
