3- وذكرت أيضاً أن قانون التصدي للتطرف ينص على معاقبة جميع الأفعال الإجرامية المبينة في المادة 4 من الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري كما يحظر قانون الأحزاب السياسية وقانون الجمعيات غير الحكومية إنشاء الأحزاب السياسية والجمعيات غير الحكومية والنقابات التي تنوي بث الحرب أو التطرف ويحظر أنشطتها.

245. Under article 61, paragraph 1 (6), of the Criminal Code, that a crime is motivated by ethnic, racial or religious hatred or fanaticism is deemed to be an aggravating circumstance.
