The Group continued to support the salient points raised in the proposal of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya on the strengthening of certain principles concerning the impact and application of sanctions, in particular the payment of compensation to target and/or third States for damage done by sanctions found to have been imposed in a manner inconsistent with the Charter.
وأضافت أن المجموعة ما زالت تؤيد النقاط الرئيسية المثارة في اقتراح الجماهيرية العربية الليبية بشأن تعزيز مبادئ معينة تتعلق بأثر الجزاءات وتطبيقها، وخاصة تعويض الدول المستهدفة و/أو الدول الثالثة عن أية خسائر تسببها جزاءات يتبين أنها فرضت بطريقة لا تتسق مع الميثاق.
