ولا يجوز لهم أن ينقلوا إلى أي حكومة أو كيان أو شخص أو أية جهة أخرى أية معلومات يكونون قد اطلعوا عليها بحكم مركزهم الرسمي ويعلمون، أو يُفترض أنهم يعلمون، أنها لم تعمم، إلا إذا كان ذلك مما يقتضيه الأداء المعتاد لواجباتهم أو بإذن من الأمين العام.

Another step forward should now be taken by proclaiming that all gross and massive violations of human rights perpetrated on the orders of Governments, or sanctioned by them, constituted an international crime.
ويجب أن تُتخذ خطوة أخرى إلى اﻷمام عن طريق إعلان أن جميع الانتهاكات الجسيمة والواسعة النطاق لحقوق اﻹنسان المرتكبة بناء على أوامر من الحكومات أو بإذن منها تشكل جريمة دولية.

In some cases a further appeal may lie to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, either as of right or with the leave of the Court of Appeal.
ويجوز في بعض الحالات رفع دعوى استئناف إضافية إلى اللجنة القضائية في مجلس الملكة الخاص تكون إما قائمة على ممارسة حق أو بإذن من محكمة الاستئناف.

ولا يجوز لهم أن ينقلوا إلى أي حكومة أو كيان أو شخص أو أية جهة أخرى أية معلومات يكونون قد اطلعوا عليها بحكم عملهم الرسمي لدى المحكمة ويعلمون، أو يفترض أنهم يعلمون، أنها لم تعمم، إلا إذا كان ذلك، مما يقتضيه الأداء المعتاد لواجباتهم أو بإذن من المسجل أو المدعي العام، حسب المقام المناسب.

These considerations are fully applicable to situations constituting gross and massive violations of human rights perpetrated on the orders of Governments or sanctioned by them.

كما يجوز رفع دعوى أخرى من محكمة الاستئناف إلى اللجنة القضائية لمجلس الملكة الخاص إما على أساس ممارسة حق أو بإذن من محكمة الاستئناف.

72. It would be appropriate to state in a General Assembly declaration that any gross and massive violations of human rights perpetrated on the orders of a Government or with its sanction constitute an international crime.
٢٧- سيكون من المناسب أن ينص في إعلان يصدر عن الجمعية العامة على أن أي انتهاكات جسيمة وواسعة النطاق لحقوق اﻹنسان ترتكب بناء على أوامر من حكومات أو بإذن منها تشكل جريمة دولية.
