١٥ - بالنسبة لكل دولة مزكية، يبين تاريخ إيداع صك تصديق الدولة المزكية على اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار لعام ١٩٨٢ أو انضمامها إليها أو خلافتها فيها، وتاريخ قبولها الامتثال للاتفاق المتصل بتنفيذ الجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٢.

9. On 25 May 1994, the Committee sent a communication to those States of the former Soviet Union which had not yet declared their adherence or succession to the Convention, namely Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
٩- وفي ٥٢ أيار/مايو ٤٩٩١، بعثت اللجنة برسائل الى دول الاتحاد السوفياتي السابق التي لم تعلن بعد عن انضمامها أو خلافتها للعهد، وهي أذربيجان وجورجيا وكازاخستان وقيرغيزستان وليتوانيا وطاجيكستان وتركمانستان وأوزبكستان.
