(d) Review and determine the reduction in emissions by sources and/or enhancements of removals by sinks based on the data and information used in (a) and obtained through (b) and/or (c), as appropriate, using calculation procedures consistent with those contained in the registered project design documents;

No advance payment referred to in paragraph 2 above shall be paid for projects with an expected average annual generation of emission reductions or enhancements of removals over the crediting period below 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent.

The project identifier shall identify the specific Article 6 project for which the ERU is issued, using a number unique to the project for the Party of origin, including whether the relevant reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks were verified under the Article 6 Supervisory Committee.

USD 0.20 per tCO2 eq of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for any amount in excess of 15,000 tCO2 eq generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;

- Option 1: CERs shall be calculated as emission reductions by sources [or enhancements of removals by sinks4,20] that are additional to any that would have occurred in the absence of the project activity3,10,18,24, as indicated by the baseline24, where such reductions [or enhancements4,20] are real, measurable and long-term3,10.

A fee equivalent to the expected average annual generation of emission reductions or enhancements of removals for the project over its crediting period in accordance with paragraph 1 (b) above shall be paid as an advance payment when a determination report regarding the project design document is submitted to the secretariat in accordance with paragraph 34 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (hereinafter referred to as JI guidelines).
2- وتُدفَع في شكل دفعة مسبقة رسوم تعادل المتوسط السنوي المتوقع لتخفيضات الانبعاثات أو عمليات تعزيز إزالة الانبعاثات خلال فترة اعتماد المشروع وفقاً للفقرة 1(ب) أعلاه، عندما يُقدم إلى الأمانة تقرير عن الاستنتاجات المتعلقة بوثيقة تصميم المشروع وفقاً للفقرة 34 من مرفق المقرر 9/م أإ-1 (وهو المرفق المشار إليه فيما يلي بالمبادئ التوجيهية للتنفيذ المشترك).
