٢١ - تدعو حكومة روانـدا إلى مواصلـة جهودهـا التي ترمي إلى إشراك جميع المواطنين الذين لا يتحملون تبعة أعمال اﻹبادة الجماعية أو غيرها من الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي، دون أي تمييز في هياكلها اﻹدارية والقضائية والسياسية واﻷمنية؛

(ii) The need for States to take appropriate steps to comply with their obligations to investigate and prosecute persons suspected of war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide or other serious violations of human rights law;

The name of the institution could be the " Joint Criminal Chamber " and it would be responsible for trying persons accused of acts of genocide or other serious violations of international humanitarian law committed on the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as citizens of the Democratic of the Congo accused of committing such acts or violations on the territory of neighbouring States.
88 - ويمكن أن يُطلق على المؤسسة اسم الدائرة الجنائية المختلطة، حيث يُعهد إليها بمحاكمة الأشخاص المتهمين بالمسؤولية عن أعمال الإبادة أو غيرها من الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي المرتبكة في أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وكذلك مواطني جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية المتهمين بارتكاب مثل هذه الأعمال أو الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة.

160 - ويمكن أن يُطلق على المؤسسة اسم الدائرة الجنائية المختلطة، حيث يُعهد إليها بمحاكمة الأشخاص المتهمين بالمسؤولية عن أعمال الإبادة أو غيرها من الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي المرتبكة في أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وكذلك مواطني جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية المتهمين بارتكاب مثل هذه الأعمال أو الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة.

149. The institution, which could be known as the " Mixed Criminal Chamber " , would be responsible for trying persons accused of acts of genocide or other serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed on the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo accused of committing such acts or violations on the territory of neighbouring States.
149- ويمكن أن يُطلق على هذه المؤسسة اسم " الدائرة الجنائية المختلطة " ، حيث يُعهد إليها بمحاكمة الأشخاص المتهمين بالمسؤولية عن أعمال الإبادة الجماعية أو غيرها من الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي المرتبكة في أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وكذلك محاكمة مواطني جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية المتهمين بارتكاب مثل هذه الأعمال أو الانتهاكات في أقاليم الدول المجاورة.

" The Security Council recalls the obligations of all States to ensure respect for international humanitarian law, including the four Geneva conventions, and once again emphasises the responsibility of States to comply with their obligations to end impunity and to prosecute those responsible for war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity or other serious violations of international humanitarian law.
