`Arbitration agreement'is an agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain disputes which have arisen or which may arise between them in respect of a defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not.
`اتفاق التحكيم` هو اتفاق بين الطرفين على أن يحيلا إلى التحكيم جميع أو بعض ما نشأ أو ما قد ينشأ بينهما من نزاعات بشأن علاقة قانونية محدّدة، سواء أكانت تعاقدية أم غير تعاقدية.
