" Apologie, for the purposes of this Code, shall mean the expression, before a group of individuals or by any other means of communication, of ideas or doctrines that extol crime or glorify the perpetrator thereof.
ويُعتبر من قبيل المساندة، بتعبير هذا القانون، عرضُ أفكار أو مذاهب تمجد الجريمة أو تمتدح مرتكبها أمام جمهور أو بأي وسيلة نشر.

The law's intent is evidently not to prohibit the extolling or defence of ideas or doctrines, however far they may diverge from or even challenge the constitutional framework, let alone prohibit the expression of subjective views on historical or current events.
ولا يتعلق الأمر ولا شك بحظر الإشادة بأفكار أو مذاهب أو الدفاع عنها، مهما ابتعدت عن الإطار الدستوري أو حتى شككت فيه، ولا بحظر التعبير عن الأفكار الذاتية بشأن أحداث تاريخية أو جارية.

11. Indispensable condition for successful implementation of any laws, regulations, policies or doctrines is their integration into preparation of the troops.
11- والشرط الذي لا غنى عنه للتنفيذ الناجح لأي قوانين أو أنظمة أو سياسات أو مذاهب هو إدماجها في عملية إعداد الجيوش.

وأدان مناهج العمل القائمة على العنصرية وكره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العرقي، وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز().

The condemnation of political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related intolerance, and the prohibition of racist and xenophobic propaganda which incites racial hatred and violence;
`10` إدانة المنابر السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وحظر الدعاية العنصرية والمعادية للأجانب التي تحرض على الكراهية والعنف العنصريين؛

28. As appears from the above, cooperation is facilitated by a degree of commonality of approach; differences in substantive competition laws or doctrines, enforcement practices or procedures, or interpretations of the underlying facts may all constitute impediments.
28- يتبين مما سبق أعلاه أن أحد العوامل التي تيسّر التعاون هو إتباع نهج موحّد إلى حد ما، فالفوارق في قوانين أو مذاهب التنافس الموضوعية، أو في ممارسات أو إجراءات الإعمال، أو في تفسيرات الحقائق الأساسية، كلها قد تشكل عوائق بحد ذاتها.

28. As appears from the above, cooperation is facilitated by a degree of commonality of approach; differences in substantive competition laws or doctrines, enforcement practices or procedures or interpretations of the underlying facts may all constitute impediments.
28- يتبين مما سبق أن أحد العوامل التي تيسّر التعاون هو إتباع نهج موحّد إلى حد ما، فالفوارق في قوانين أو مذاهب التنافس الموضوعية، أو في ممارسات أو إجراءات الإنفاذ، أو في تفسيرات الوقائع الأساسية، كلها قد تشكل عوائق بحد ذاتها.

Convinced that political platforms based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination must be condemned as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance, and that racial discrimination condoned by governmental policies violates human rights and may endanger friendly relations among peoples, cooperation among nations, and international peace and security,
واقتناعا منها بوجوب إدانة البرامج السياسية الانتخابية القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، لكونها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية والحكم السليم الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة وبأن التمييز العنصري الذي تتغاضى عنه السياسات الحكومية يُعدّ انتهاكاً لحقوق الإنسان وقد يعرِّض العلاقات الودية بين الشعوب، والتعاون بين الأمم، والسلم والأمن الدوليين للخطر،

16. Condemns political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination, as well as legislation and practices based on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;
16 - تدين البرامج والتنظيمات السياسية القائمة على أساس العنصرية وكره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العرقي وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، فضلا عن التشريعات والممارسات القائمة على أساس العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، باعتبارها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية ومع الحكم السديد الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة؛
