9 - تتولى الأمم المتحدة مسؤولية النظر في أية مطالبات تتقدم بها أطراف ثالثة في حالة فقد ممتلكاتها أو تلفها أو التعرض للوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية، التي يتسبب فيها أفراد قدِّموا، أو معدَّات قدِّمت، من الحكومة لأداء خدمات أو غيرها من الأنشطة أو العمليات بموجب مذكرة التفاهم هذه.

7 - العمل العدائي يُعرَّف بأنه حادث يستمر لفترة قصيرة أو طويلة ويكون ناتجاً عن عمل/أعمال من معتدٍ واحد أو أكثر وله أثر عدائي مباشر وكبير على أفراد و/أو معدَّات بلدٍ مساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة.

The Government will reimburse the United Nations for loss of or damage to United Nations-owned equipment and property caused by the personnel or equipment provided by the Government if such loss or damage (a) occurred outside the performance of services or any other activity or operation under this MOU, or (b) arose or resulted from gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the personnel provided by the Government.
10 - ترُد الحكومة للأمم المتحدة التكاليف الناتِجة عن فقد، أو تلف، المعدَّات والممتلكات المملوكة للأمم المتحدة تسبب فيه أفراد قُدِّموا، أو معدَّات قدِّمت، من الحكومة إذا كان هذا الفقد أو التلف (أ) حصل خارج نطاق أداء خدمات أو غيرها من الأنشطة والعمليات بموجب مذكرة التفاهم هذه، أو (ب) نشأ، أو نتج، عن إهمال جسيم أو سوء سلوك متعمَّد من جانب الأفراد الذين قدَّمتهم الحكومة.
