5. Requests also the Secretary-General to share with the Council the reform plan for the HNP, formulated by MINUSTAH and the Haitian authorities, that includes the anticipated size, standards, implementation timetable, and resources;
5 - يطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع المجلس على خطة إصلاح الشرطة الوطنية الهايتية التي أعدتها البعثة والسلطات الهايتية، وأخذتا فيها بالاعتبار ما يتوقع أن تكون عليه من حيث الحجم والمعايير والجدول الزمني للتنفيذ والموارد؛

Requests also the Secretary-General to ensure the active involvement of the organizations of the United Nations system in the preparatory process for the Conference in a coordinated and coherent manner, inter alia, by making use of the existing coordination mechanisms of the United Nations system;
16 - يطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل، المشاركة النشطة لمؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة في العملية التحضيرية للمؤتمر بصورة منسقة ومترابطة بعدة سبل، منها الاستفادة من آليات التنسيق القائمة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة؛

22. Requests also the Secretary-General to minimize the cost of the United Nations activities associated with the implementation of resolution 986 (1995) as well as the cost of the independent inspection agents and the certified public accountants appointed by him, in accordance with paragraphs 6 and 7 of resolution 986 (1995);
22 - يطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقلل إلى أدنى حد تكلفة أنشطة الأمم المتحدة المرتبطة بتنفيذ القرار 986 )1995)، فضلا عن تكلفة من يعينهم من المفتشين المستقلين والمحاسبين القانونيين العامين، وفقا للفقرتين 6 و 7 من القرار 986 )1995)؛

2. Requests also the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in his capacity as depositary of the Instrument, to forward certified copies of the text of the Instrument to all Governments and intergovernmental organizations invited to the Conference for their consideration, and to arrange for the Instrument to be open for signature at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 1 July 2000 to 30 June 2001 in accordance with article 34 thereof;

Requests also the Secretary-General of the Conference, in close cooperation with the regional commissions, to organize intergovernmental regional and subregional meetings, where applicable, and decides that these regional and subregional meetings should finalize their work at the latest by April 2003 in order to make a substantive contribution to the work of the intergovernmental preparatory committee;

Requests also the Secretary-General, following appropriate consultations, including with the Government of Lebanon and the troop-contributing countries, to submit to the Council before the end of the present mandate a comprehensive report on the activities of UNIFIL, its technical reconfiguration and the tasks presently carried out by the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO);
13 - يطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم، في أعقاب إجراء المشاورات اللازمة، بما في ذلك مع حكومة لبنان والبلدان المساهمة بقوات، تقريرا شاملا إلى المجلس عن أنشطة قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان قبل انتهاء ولايتها الحالية، وعن إعادة تشكيلها التقني، والمهام التي تؤديها حاليا هيئة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة؛

Request also the Secretary-General of the UN to undertake necessary measures to provide additional resources to the OHRLLS in order to enable it to effectively carry out its additional mandate given by the General Assembly for ensuring the full and effective implementation of the APoA.
7 - نطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة لتزويد مكتب الممثل السامي لأقل البلدان نمواً والبلدان النامية غير الساحلية والدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية بمزيد من الموارد لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بالولاية الإضافية التي أسندتها إليه الجمعية العامة لكفالة تنفيذ برنامج عمل ألماتي بأكمله وبفعالية.

6. Acknowledges the Lebanese Government's request that those eventually charged with involvement in this terrorist attack be tried by a tribunal of an international character, requests the Secretary-General to help the Lebanese Government identify the nature and scope of the international assistance needed in this regard, and requests also the Secretary-General to report to the Council in a timely manner;
6 - يقر بطلب الحكومة اللبنانية بأن يحاكم من توجه لهم في آخر المطاف تهمة الضلوع في هذا العمل الإرهابي أمام محكمة ذات طابع دولي، ويطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يساعد الحكومة اللبنانية في تحديد طابع ونطاق المساعدة الدولية التي تحتاجها في هذا الصدد، ويطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام تقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى المجلس في الوقت المناسب؛
