The Egyptian delegation maintains the reservation contained in article 29, paragraph 2, concerning the right of a State signatory to the Convention to declare that it does not consider itself bound by paragraph 1 of that article concerning the submission to an arbitral body of any dispute which may arise between States concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention.

2. States Parties shall settle any dispute between them concerning the interpretation or application of this Treaty through negotiations, mediation, conciliation or other peaceful means of the Parties' mutual choice.
2 - تقوم الدول الأطراف بتسوية أي خلاف ينشأ بينها بشأن تفسير هذه المعاهدة أو تطبيقها عن طريق التفاوض أو الوساطة أو التوفيق أو غيرها من الوسائل السلمية التي تختارها الأطراف.

3. States Parties may pursue, by mutual consent, arbitration to settle any dispute between them, regarding issues concerning the implementation of this Treaty.
3 - يجوز للدول الأطراف أن تسعى، بالتراضي، إلى طلب التحكيم لتسوية أي خلاف ينشأ بينها بشأن القضايا المتعلقة بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

8.4 In case of violation or suspected violation of the present Law by a foreign State, Mongolia shall, within its international treaty obligations or norms and principles of international law, officially notify the State concerned of the violation or suspected violation, request explanation and peacefully resolve any question that may arise therefrom.
8-4 في حالة انتهاك دولة أجنبية لأحكام هذا القانون أو الاشتباه في انتهاكها له، تقوم منغوليا، طبقا لالتزاماتها التعاهدية الدولية أو قواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي، بإخطار الدولة المعنية رسميا بذلك الانتهاك أو الاشتباه في الانتهاك، وتطلب إليها تقديم تفسير ذلك وتسوي سلميا أي خلاف ينشأ عن ذلك.
