The contracting authority should respond to any request by a bidding consortium for clarification of the pre-selection documents that is received by the contracting authority within a reasonable time prior to the deadline for the submission of applications so as to enable the bidders to make a timely submission of their application.
47- ينبغي للسلطة المتعاقدة أن ترد على أي طلب يقدمه أي من كونسورتيومات مقدمي العروض لتوضيح وثائق الاختيار الأولي وتتلقاه السلطة المتعاقدة في غضون فترة معقولة من الزمن قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات، وذلك لكي يتمكن مقدمو العروض من تقديم طلباتهم في الوقت المناسب.

)٤( ترد الجهة المشترية على أي طلب يقدمه مورد أو مقاول لتوضيح وثائق التأهيل وتتلقاه الجهة المشترية في غضون فترة معقولة قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم طلبات التأهيل.

٣٥ - ينبغي للهيئة المتعاقدة أن ترد على أي طلب يقدمه أي من كونسورتيومات مقدمي العروض لتوضيح وثائق الاختيار اﻷولي وتتلقاه الهيئة المتعاقدة في غضون فترة معقولة من الزمن قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات .

According to §§ 128 (1), 297 ZPO it is required that, in the case of a mandatory oral hearing, any motion by a party has to be made at the oral hearing by way of an oral application or an oral reference to the written application.
ووفقا للمادتين 128 (1) و297 من قانون الاجراءات المدنية الألماني؛ يتعين، في حالة جلسة الاستماع الالزامية، أن يكون أي طلب يقدمه أي طرف في جلسة الاستماع على شكل طلب شفوي أو اشارة شفوية إلى الطلب الكتابي.
