5. If, in connection with the conduct of business of a meeting, Any procedural question arises that is not covered in the present rules, it shall be decided upon by the President, taking into account the corresponding rules of procedure of the Economic and Social Council, if applicable.
٥ - إذا ظهرت أي مسألة إجرائية بصدد تصريف أعمال الاجتماع لا يشملها هذا النظام، يبت فيها الرئيس، آخذا في الاعتبار النظام الداخلي المناظر للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في حالة انطباقه.

(b) Any procedural question with regard to the conduct of business of the Seminar not covered by the present rules shall be decided upon by the Acting Chairman in consultation with the Bureau of the Seminar.
)ب( يبت الرئيس بالنيابة، بالتشاور مع أعضاء مكتب الحلقة الدراسية، في أي مسألة إجرائية تتصل بتسيير أعمال الحلقة الدراسية ولا تشملها هذه المواد.

(b) Any procedural question with regard to the conduct of business of the Seminar not covered by the present rules shall be decided upon by the Chairman in consultation with the Bureau of the Seminar.
)ب( يبت الرئيس بالنيابة، بالتشاور مع أعضاء مكتب الحلقة الدراسية، في أي مسألة إجرائية تتصل بتسيير أعمال الحلقة الدراسية ولا تشملها هذه المواد.

(b) Any procedural question with regard to the conduct of business of the seminar not covered by the present rules shall be decided upon by the Chairman in consultation with the Bureau of the Seminar.
(ب) يبت الرئيس، بالتشاور مع أعضاء مكتب الحلقة الدراسية، في أي مسألة إجرائية تتصل بتسيير أعمال الحلقة الدراسية ولا تشملها هذه المواد.
